Winter Squash 101

It’s autumn and that means winter squash season! Winter squashes like acorn, butternut, and spaghetti squash are orange or yellow in color and packed with nutrients. They are rich in fiber, beta-carotenes, and potassium, plus they are SO tasty!

Below I have included a little “cheat sheet” to help you maneuver a few varieties of squash this season. Follow the video for chopping and cooking techniques!
